Every order is packed at our Sheikh Zayed studio and handed to the courier within one working day.
Delivery times
- Greater Cairo and Giza — 2–3 working days
- Alexandria and the Delta — 4–5 working days
- Upper Egypt, Red Sea and Sinai — 5–7 working days
Orders confirmed after 4 pm are processed the next working day.
Shipping cost
Delivery anywhere in Egypt is a flat EGP 140, and it is free once your basket passes EGP 2,500. International orders are quoted at checkout by destination.
Paying for your order
You pay a 20% deposit at checkout — a minimum of EGP 200 — and the courier collects the rest when your order reaches you.
Tracking
A tracking number reaches you by email and SMS the moment your parcel leaves the studio.
