How do I know which size to order?
Every product page carries a size guide with body measurements in centimetres, plus a fit note telling you whether that piece runs relaxed or close to the body. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, on all domestic orders. You can also pay by card or mobile wallet at checkout.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Some, but not all — many pieces are produced in a single run.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Yes. Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout, and any customs duty is paid by the recipient.
How should I care for my pieces?
Follow the care label first. As a rule, silk and satin are dry clean only, linen and cotton are machine washable cold on a delicate cycle, and knitwear should be dried flat.
