What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Your name, contact details and delivery address so we can fulfil orders; your order history so we can handle returns and support; and basic analytics about how the site is used. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Marketing
We only email you about new arrivals and sales if you have opted in, and every message carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
