Ten minutes at your door
When the courier arrives, open the parcel. You have 10 minutes to check the piece properly — the size, the colour, the stitching, how it sits in your hand. The courier waits.
Accept it, or hand it back
If it is right, you pay the remaining balance and it is yours. If it is not, hand it straight back to the courier. Once it reaches our warehouse we refund your deposit in full, minus the shipping fee.
After the courier leaves
The order is final. We do not take returns or exchanges once delivery has been accepted — which is exactly why we give you those ten minutes, and why the courier is asked to wait while you use them.
